They can tell people, vote for me and I'll get rid of those b******s.Guy in 20s Germany said the same thing about an ethnic/religious group and it helped him get power.People are not that smart if they believe politicians.

My only fear of buying the SFH now is lifestyle inflation and the possibility of getting distracted or off track by life events.

However there might be a lifestyle sacrifice a lot of buyers aren’t willing to give up.

Many are now looking outside the city for a lifestyle with more space to spread out, and WFH is going to be happening for a looong time.

I rely on my W-2 job to "pay myself" and pay for lifestyle expenses. 

I view this as a lifestyle choice and not a straight business decision.My wife and I made a decision a long time ago that we would fund both of our kids out of state education in full.

Not the easiest market to enter...I'm getting tired of giving my money away as a renter for the past 7 years (lifestyle generally drives this....sadly). 

As the more you experience, grow, and learn, you'll have a better understanding of how things work and what ventures may be best suited for your personality and lifestyle preferences.

My family has been in real estate ever since I was born and that is a main reason why I believe real estate is the most incredible lifestyle anyone should thrive to achieve.
