My question is whether I should use this $49,000 towards a rental now, or leave it in my account which will supposedly grow to be about $85,000 in 9 years.

Population is growing as fast as anywhere in the country, jobs are moving to the area, and demand is crazy high, especially for rentals.

Originally, the property had a deck but was removed as a tree in the backyard was growing too much.

Certain pockets are expanding steadily, and others are expanding more rapidly. 

I've read up on Podio and it seems like a great platform to work from; however, there appears to be a heavy development process to get it working.What other platforms are out there for someone who is a bit tech savvy and would like to find a platform that I can grow my business on?
