I am pretty sure if it is a normal trust you could ask them and it can be done. 

There are definitely areas you'll want to avoid in that city and areas that are pretty good. 

My question is this, and I know it'll seem pretty simple and easy I just want to make sure I go about it the right way.My understanding is that I can give them a 30 day notice to vacate.

The market is highly inflated here (up to 7x Wichita prices), so i decided i would buy in Wichita for cash flow.Luckily i found a deal pretty quick, and I'd have to say it's exactly what I was looking for.
