I would like to find a private lender that ma take rental price into situation but we do have access to $150000 from home equity.

Target smaller buildings (instead of 100+) and take over mortgage (subject to) or warp up mortgage. 

Anyone have any experience with her Raising Private Money course?

They don't travel in packs and those who do travel with someone else almost always want their own private bathroom and they don't want to pay very much for their space.

by you guys if your including me.. in these private notes we self service.. in institutional notes I believe by law you have to hire a servicer that is licensed to do so.
