dont sell the furniture rent it as a fully furnished rental you will be surprised what a premium it will bring.. on my Vegas property i get double the standard rent being fully furnished.. with in 6 months the furniture is paid for then its gravy from then on.. there is a BP member i think in Austin who is doing this as well..
