I do know in my market - the sunshine state to be precise - it is HARDER to sell a house with solar panels on it than not.

In cases where the tenant is more able-bodied though, and depending on what precisely needs to be moved, I wouldn't necessarily make an issue out of having them move a couple pieces of furniture as long as fragile items are removed beforehand.

Something our ancestors have always done, probably with a lot more care, attention and precision than we could possibly do online with Zillow.
