Ok here is the deal, I found a 1 bedroom 1 bath condo in foreclosure for $50,470 don't know the sq ft yet, but based on the 1 bedroom, 1 bath, on the same street within a few buildings, other condos are going for $85-88K.

My house hunt so far has been focused on using another FHA loan since my family has expanded to get another duplex with at least one of the units having three bedrooms, and I would be able to keep my current FHA financed duplex that will cash flow easily once fully rented after we move out.Across the street from my house is a mirror image duplex that has been unoccupied for years (I think nearly 15 years).

Again, I personally think they are useless and the area would be better purposed for something different since he majority of drivers seem to mainly street park in 2017, such as turning that into more yard or even expanding the units in the future, but the agent seems to think that the carports would be desired.

Gold doesn't pay rent ... it just sits there and looks pretty, but if you use Goldmoney they charge you a fee and you don't even get to see it look pretty :) If you want gold to pay you, you could buy shares of GLD and write deep OTM covered calls off of it to collect option premium ... in a panic, the price skyrockets, your shares get called away, and you have cash in hand to rock and roll and invest while there's blood in the streets.
