This has been a really fun topic to watch.I'd like to think we're usually a B, but clueless tenants would give us an F I'm sure.One thing I've been toying with as an idea to help with revitalization in my low income neighborhood is some sort of program that matches responsible tenants to responsible landlords and possibly pools deposits.
