@Jason Ling - pretty sure that most innovative prop-tech companies have their toe dipped into more advanced analytics of RE data.The fact that Redfin will make you a cash offer / other i-buyers tells me they are pretty confident based on more advanced analytics.As matterport becomes ubiquitous, I think it will create larger big data opportunities for real estate (I'd assume they are working on this now).RE data is fragmented - but the big players with nationwide reach and tech culture are definitely taking the Astoria you're taking about

I'm looking to change the locks, and I am interested in a keyless entry lock where the guests enters in the access code to get in the house and for me to have the capability to unlock/lock from my phone remotely if need be.

@Prudence Meads  I have no personal beef.... just know the industry well.. and understand the asset class... and way back in the Jahnke thread a few of the biggest players in the industry chimed in about how the portrail of the product and tenant class was not reality in the real world.but that's fine if you happy that's great.. unfortuantly your experience seems to be an outlier.

I hope it's ok with you...Note.. and although i am diving into mindset of the capital raiser... i am also diving into other mindsets in my journey towards financial freedom, but to truly understand where my greatest strengths are... i need to understand... which area of commercial real estate multi family housing i should truly focus.... on.....Note.. i am seeking for some sort of field that doesn't keep me passive and allows me to learn... in the process..and verifying and ensuring to see if the deals truly make sense or they are bogus... and use my mindset from multiple key-players and perspectives to see if it's a good or bad investment...I am seeking for something that truly makes sense...
