I'm new to posting and this was unintentional, however I want to make as many people aware of the fact that Vacasa may not be a good option (local Vacasa PM specific) and that those who have suffered and were damaged by Vacasa's actions or inactions can do something. 

For me, when I got started I had just moved back from New Zealand (during prime COVID peak) and had open options as to where I could plant the real estate seeds.

Short version, the question is get out now and pay todays price, or end up getting out latter and suffer however worse things get and the added price tag all that brings.

Go figure...I'm so use to being advised that when my property suffers minor damage from such things as weather related events, I should just pay out of pocket for repairs and not report it to the insurance company but my husband thought we should contact our agent and make sure that would be the case when a guest experienced a minor injury.

Renting properties is like building a sandcastle, providing steady income but requiring constant upkeep and attention.Finally, investing in land is like planting a seed, offering the potential for big future growth, but requiring patience and a long-term vision.No matter which playground you choose, remember, the key is to wear your explorer hat, learn the rules, and have fun while building your financial future!
