After you get your judgement you have to wait another 5 days to see if the tenant appeals, then file for the sheriff to be at the property to physically move tenant out, another few days.I would ask my property manager to go and do that for me.

In the mean time, I was waiting for a DocuSign or some kind of electronic/physical signature from both parties AND the management firm, that never came.I changed my mind, and updated the management company not to go with the lease, and they say "too late, we already signed".What really is my issue is, I had expected this company to find me a rental many months ago, they sat on it and did nothing, now that we are heading into spring, I don't want to lease the property out anymore
