A quick google search shows that Tennessee does allow online notary signing, this would seems to be a much better option, can this be done?

You can get a very detailed idea from that comp data based on bedroom count, square footage etc.Manitoba may also have an online property assessment page like BC does that shows recent sales. good luck

The units are fully booked through May 2022 at this point and are financially a great deal based on the numbers for the next year.The main risk I am seeing is that the 5 year trends show that small town universities are shrinking in enrollment in general and there is a big move to online courses after Covid.I am looking for input from any experienced investors in the student housing market that can provide any additional insights into my decision.

@Nick Robinson I actually am aware and also I'm not going to step in to anything without due diligence I asked a simple question just to gage different areas I drive a semi and do not have a million hours to be online thats why I asked on here and pay for the site
