I don't think I'd rip out a perfectly operating system unless there was a VERY good reason for doing so (i.e. code violation or outrageous heating bill - sounds like you could compare this unit's heating cost with the other three to find out).

I have got creative and did a random pattern with replacement tiles that were a contrasting color.Yes this requires replacing some perfectly good tiles but it worked out good.

I agree also with the following distinctions~*We always invest for cashflow, never speculation although one of our exit strategies might be to sell if we've miscalculated elsewhere so there must be enough meat on the bones to sell even in a down market if necessary*During times of general appreciation, it can be harder to find properties that CF well-- so buying volume can be low and s-l-o-w.

The people was all so miserable and back bitting and scornful and would not share anything and then the luch call is made and he goes as they all run to the table and then he notices that there they are with the same HUGE TABLES of food and that giant silver ware again and them tables almost 5 feet accross and so long almost unending and just piled full of the finest foods and yet he realized the people was emanciated almost most starved to death and skin and bones and fighting and arguing and scratching and trying to eat with that giant silverware and yet it was so large that with all the plenty there was everywhere they could not utilize that giant silverware and thus could not get any food in their mouths hardly at all and was starving in a land of plently.
