It is not typical for you to need to show that taxes are being paid before you can set up a Solo 401k.

Apparently it is a lot more difficult to legally set up an RV for full-time living on any plot of land.

Ask your Realtor if there are any comparables with that many kitchens and bathrooms.If I was young and single and had a house that was set up like that in that kind of location, I'd AirBnB it all day long. 

There is a minimal cost to set up and file taxes under an LLC as well. 

Set up individual Revocable trusts for each property, name them with the address: as in: The Flower Street Living Trust.
