We have 3 months left of 2024 which means now that the rates have spiked down hundreds of thousands of people will come to the market with an offer.A large number of new home buyers and investors means multiple bids and offers plus more coming in over asking price.

So I'm in the market for a new broker/agent and a new insurance company for at least one building and possibly more.

In the US some markets are still pulling top dollar and other markets you are seeing price reductions.

What tips do you have to determine if a property will reasonable rent quickly in a given area at market rents?

The manager's ability to do actual marketing or help in that department outside of just posting is a problem owners don't know they have.

I know markets in Buckeye Lake, Lancaster, Delaware, parts of Columbus, Sandusky, Port Clinton, Zanesville, etc.

So new kid that bought his system was offered a two hundred bucks MF that was normal appraised for 150k only lol… and expecting that market would just grow , the system is working in 2009 though same thing to what Greg Hugher did in other bankruptcy filing lol
