It seems nowadays that RE mentors provide the best information when they start in this business and become very greedy at one point and separate the information into packages to make more money.

I teach a course on this but do the most obvious things that make it different from any pics on the mls.ie. paint, cabs, counters, flooring, hardware upgrades, smell good, daylight bulbs in lights, etc... make a list of all upgrades, have your preferred comps in package, talk nice, schedule appraisal mid morning, not on a rainy day, etc..

I use a larger brand name shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the original packaging, with a pump.

Again the goal would be to provide them with an attractive package, while still allowing me to profit off the property and preserve as much of my capital as possible?

These individuals are often responsible for packaging up properties for sale and seeing that sale through.  

They do have additional packages they sell at the end of the seminar, but I feel the tree days can give you more than enough to start on this Business.
