These would be the more simple paths as opposed to a syndication which will be expensive, time consuming and very complicated let alone extremely difficult to market and fulfill.

While its nice to move money in and out of the hloc, if it costs too much its not worth it.Probably best still to do a refi and lock in your rate as opposed to a floating rate hloc (as most of them are I believe).
