As the title says, I'm looking for your guy's recommendation on the best software to use in order to collect rent and manage rentals.

While a conveyance via WD may provide the possibility of the Grantee suing the Grantor for a breach of the warranties and thereby triggering the insurers obligation to defend the Grantor or pay the covered loss, it is not the same as the Grantee being insured under the existing policy. 

I was able to get another project manager and a new GC and get the house to a decent shape towards the end.

My strategy was to manage my own and then evolved into managing for others.

Primarily we are considering investing out of state and would ideally have a property manager.

If I only manage my holding company - no active PM role - does that help avoid filing/registering in NY?
