My husband and I are really motivated to flip houses.

From what we've seen in the area we don't really expect to have a hard time finding motivated sellers.Is it really as easy as calling landlords from "for rent" signs and asking if they are looking for any other properties in the area?

I am looking for the best software and/or a service that will provide me with good quality motivated seller leads, at a reasonable price.

Yea, Boomtown has been a great CRM as a Broker with seriously detailed task organization, drip campaigns, organizing clients per motivation/category and it syncs with all the MLS's ...but, I also need squeeze pages and to add my own listings, (off market stuff).

I'm able to Create Value, Take Risk, Change Lives and Feel Empowered....But Most of All support others who consider taking the leap...I started with SFR in 2005 while still working my Corporate Job, but after the 3 property, I was Hooked..What motivates you?
