I currently own four sf properties 3 are rented and 1 needs repairs before renting like many on here I'm sure, I have been receiving phone calls and messages wanting to buy them which always ignore but now wondering with the price that houses are selling for starting to wonder if it would be worth selling all and using the money to go towards down payments on houses in better areas or bigger multi family house or just continue to ignore offers, currently own all four free and clear similar houses selling for 50,000 and up, also if you say to sell how do you come up with the price?

In my experience though, self managing the pricing structure, guest experience, and messages are things I want to control and don’t need to pay someone else to do.
