Does anyone know the York PA market ? 

My RE Agent found this off-market.

This is very desirable since you can comfortably live with a girlfriend/dog/whatever, and not lose comfort.Buying a SFH, building rooms, renting every room and sharing your room will almost certainly cashflow in most markets (outside of VHCOL cities).

I've been hearing alot about the market in Florida.

Second, if the above were true no loans would ever get sold in the secondary market. . . .    

My criteria is:  are you looking in a "growth market". 

The market for buyers on QCD is going to be smaller so you are limiting your market with a QCD but we buy/sell homes all the time via QCD just need to find the right parties.  

Ill take that over the stock market day in and day out! 

How fast or slow that is depends on your market and price. 

I know that California markets are so challenging to invest in for cash flow (which is what I am looking for as a new investor).
