Do people have confidence in the multi tenant industrial market today?

I am an ambitious retired network engineer who started that career after closing down my first business which was in the automobile industry، sooner later I developed an interest in investing in my property and other ones by using Airbnb. it was a really funny story to begin but you know that after one year I would be managing 33 luxury apartments distributed across one of the fastest growing communities in my country.

During due diligence, found a zoning concern, in spite of it being marketed as commercial.

Great market for vacations and or investing.

Having a Pre-approval letter or better yet a loan commitment and a Banker to call and reassure the sellers agent you can close in 30 days or less also offers a huge advantage.In this market using a DPA is not a bad idea since rates are high and when they drop you simply refinance for a lower rate and payment. 

My agent said it's a buyers' market.
