We are working on placing a tenant now, and our realtor is awesome enough to accommodate some showings this week in an effort to have a tenant by Feb 1st (not mortgage payment until March).I know BP has a tenant screening tool (plus GA legal docs), as does my MLS (I'm a Realtor in FL), and Apartments.com.
