We advertise mostly on Zillow and the other connecting sites and this is how we get the majority of our leads. 

I receive a large number of property offers through many of the major brokerages in the NYC Metro area but at this point I'm having trouble weeding through this many potential deals.

This is just a regular turnkey property like a vast majority of other turnkey properties in an area popular for rentals.

However, it is FIXED for 30 years, which is the major difference from COMMERCIAL loans.
