Having a tenant in a property a potential buyer is planning on buying as a personal home will eliminate the majority of buyers.

Majority of the properties on there are way more than what they are regularly selling for. 

I prefer to know the condition of the property and major systems so I can do my own estimate as an investor.

Are there any major repairs coming up (ie how old is the roof, furnace, hot water tank, etc)?
