Once unpaid-debt forgiveness AND additional reward is offered, bad actors sense weakness and tend to get even more greedy, spoilt and irresponsible; they expect more and more, and act as if we (LL) are at their mercy, lol.

Is there an online, paid or free, system that I can input the 20 town names and then filter to locate parcels over 5 acres? 

I would HIGHLY recommend you find them online and reach out to them for their input.  

With that being said, I would recommend getting additional local input.
