Are you indicating that you do not have enough width in your kitchen for a 30" range?  

I don't like having these men in and our of our house every week just to repair stuff that's going to be broken again later on because they don't know what they're doing.Examples of things that need to be fixed: Front door is falling off the hinges (it's already been fixed once after over a month of us asking for it to be fixed), the swamp cooler smells like mold and we requested the filter be changed, refrigerator door has about a quarter inch gap in the door and is leaking cold air, we can't use the fan in the enclosed porch because it's off balance and we've already had the glass light cover fall off and shatter on the floor right in front of me, and kitchen sink disposal rattles the entire counter when it's turned on.

I've just finished completely replacing everything in a kitchen because of disgusting people.

Then clear everything off the kitchen counters and close the cabinets and take a full kitchen photo from the corner by the back door.

That's a mistake i've accepted...doesn't mean you can't learn from mistakes...im not in this to turn a profit like most people here...im in this to have a primary residence i love...at a reasonable price and pay off this house so i can live completely rent free :)  The unit is in great condition...just repainted the whole kitchen due to a fire caused by current tenants...I am replacing the whole roof...it is in rentable condition.  

Old toys and baby equipment also have lead on them not just walls.
