Kids with guns, in a poverty stricken area, robbing other people in poverty--for poverty amounts of money.I'd be afraid to walk in that area too.Class D owner/operator problem (which is one reason people say class D is a tough cookie).And the renter you replace her with will be bulletproof (???)

I kid you not.I had another one in Erie PA where they fined me this past winter when there was 3 feet of snow on the ground and said we needed to paint the house, they gave us 2 weeks then started fining me.

Be careful kid.... buy a property where you intend to live and have an efficiency so you can live "rent" free.What's nice is that you have cash can you can definitely use that to negotiate a much lower asking price.
