I have been out looking at properties all day and had one late meeting with a pre-foreclosure situation that lasted way too long.Anyway, the deals I do are for 70% or less of fair market, so for example let's say there is a home which had a lis pendens filed recently and upon investigation it turns out to be a decent looking home in a decent area, say the current fair market value is about $300,000 and there is a mortgage on the house of about $210,000 which requires servicing at the rate of $1,279 per month plus taxes of $500 per month.
