(If I understand umbrella policies correctly, they would also cover you in other events such as an auto accident where the victim sues you for more than your auto policy).I'm going back and forth on this specific point, but I know there are a lot of people on BP who insist on umbrella policies.

I actually found them to be quite arrogant relative to the bulk of the other real portals, but they seem to be reputable.They likely have carve-outs in their contracts with promoters pushing the "reasonableness" of 506(c) to the promoter in the event something goes sideways.
