Do your due diligents (flood zone, insurance cost, rehab cost, ARV, existing leans, updated taxes, ect.)Pay for title insurance!

For a sale to a homeowner, I would go ahead and buy and install the flooring and appliances. 

Could you please suggest me how much insurance is required?
