It costs $150 for the year and they have weekly educational meets and their own private Yahoo group where you can ask for recommendations.As for finding people to do the work, that is always the key.

If you have your Utah license, you can apply for a waiver from Idaho which relieves you of the education requirement and the federal portion of the exam.
