@Anita LetaHi, welcome to BP i want to recommend some stuff for your journey, 1 read the ultimate beginners guide to real estate investing. it is a great book that gives you a broad perspective on real estate investing and allows you to become familiar with that particular niche. then you can focus on it and learn as much about it as possible. 2 listen to the podcast. it is filled with so much information and knowledge that it is truly a great tool for learning. i listen to them on my drive to and from work. 3 keep learning, keep reading, learn as much as you can. i look forward to seeing you on the site. 

Anyone have a decent referral that wont rake me over the coals to just get an opinion and initial perspective?

From a wholesaler perspective, I'm a little green to this approach so I'm just curious what initial course of action would you take in order to move this property off his back.

My thought is if I am the investor wouldn't I know how to adjust the numbers from a bank perspective to an investor's perspective?

She gave the perspective of an investigator who decides whether to escalate the complaint.

Clearly I posed this topic so that I can get perspective from all sorts of people.
