Hi Everyone,For a long time I've been thinking about switching my banking business (personal and business checking/savings, etc.) to a local bank to help support the local community instead of filling the pockets of these large banks.Does anyone here have experience with any of the local community bank or credit union that provides good service? 

First thing you will need to do is get your credit scores and all of your financial records together. 

We have excellent credit and have already been pre-approved. 

Cozy is great as you bring more units online and want to utilize their listing/credit and background checks/ payments.

If the development provides an ideal enough foundation and surface area for solar panels, between ITC solar tax credit, federal bonus deprecation, and state MACRS deprecation over 60% of the solar investment can be subsidized.

@Ron SharpThere should be lots of threads in the Canadian forums here on BP ... it seems like not a week passes without that very question.Depending upon where you are planning to invest, and what type of asset you are planning to acquire, you may have the option of using a U.S.A. subsidiary of one of the Canadian banks (TD, RBC, BMO) who will lend to you based upon your credit history and income here at home. 

You want to be real careful doing anything that could be considered fraudulent.

 @Jared Wengerd I understand that personal credit is often used to obtain the loan as you are the guarantor but I don't see any reason why it can't be in the LLC.

I have great credit but I am in a position to buy it outright with cash.
