I am perfectly fine with small wins and building slowly.

They are not great but the have worked fine for years.

Everything was looking to be working out fine.

I am fine with that as I plan to hold the property for quite a while. 

@Vincent Gizzi FB is great for getting a lot of leads in a short amount of time but the quality usually isnt the best.FB leads oftentimes don't know what they're inquiring about despite having to go through 2-3 steps in order to submit their request.Not to say that it isn't a good source, it just takes time to fine-tune your posts/ads to get the responses from the most qualified prospects.

Specific trades seem to be fine, but you get the general type and its always some kind of semi-scammy nincompoopery.  

Most, are perfectly fine with pastel colors of still life and office art work.

I am fine with buying REO via the mls when I can do a walk through or inspection, but auctions aren't for me. 

Statistics like this are fine when you look at a population as a whole but it doesn't take into effect the amount of effort put in by an individual.
