There are only about 10 or so new probate cases every day that have property attached to them, so it’s a manageable amount of mail to send myself.I filter all of the lists to match my buying criteria.

so its more about a level playing field than who is buying what.I get yellow letter after yellow letter i get robo calls every day.. and like you said i just ignore them I dont take it personally.So the middle man assinger ( who is not a wholesaler) just needs to license up like everyone else in the industgry

How many times are you calling the seller, how many rvm are you dropping and when, are you contacting the seller every day, every week, once a month?

There are factors that are making this worse every day.
