This isn't a scam or a trap, it's an amazing program where the staff is just not managed appropriately.

That said, in searching for my previous park, probably 80% of the parks that I encountered consisted partially or completely of PARK OWNED HOMES.  

This structure isn't a scam perpetrated by the sponsors--it's just how they have to operate to comply with the regulatory framework.  

By now I have encountered a full spectrum of people who showed interest and I believe I have conducted my business very properly based on the education I acquired through reading and practice and lots of from biggerpockets.  

You all have encountered something like this... they have some kind of welcome and then "press 1 for rentals, 2 for maintenance, ..."

It must be a scam.

Are they a scam or ripoff to people who really need help with a foreclosure?

Hi All - curious if others have encountered similar situations and how they may have addressed it.My partner and I recently closed on our second property in NW Indiana, and we've come to learn that all five units are infested with bed bugs to some degree.

Emergency clinics can have similar problem they have business for months backed up but getting the consistent high quality workers is the problem encountered the most.I would have to see the particular property in general OM to give an assessment of what I think.
