In Oregon we have services that do our evictions.. there are a few attornies but the services are very efficient as that is all they do.

Even if you self manage and are efficient like we are, you still have the $200 an hour handy man because he has you hostage and you need something done!

The top unit has very nice hardwood floors throughout, the walls are in good condition (clean, at least), a high efficiency furnace has been installed, newer hot water tank, and the roof and exterior look fine.
