I feel that what I do works but I need to do something to do a lot more of it more efficiently, as right now the ratios of calls to business are VERY low and there are only so many hours in a day!

good plan though.I can get a 10 unit efficiency apt complex for 135k but the work needed is so extensive Id be there a year.I honestly yhink the sgort sales here are what REAL people are buying,not investors.

As it relates to offsite management (3rd party management) we have found that this solution only works if you have a a park that is already stabilized and running at or close to efficiency.
