The DE property's mortgage is nearly covered with the relocation package's dual housing stipend from my company (only lasts as long as the company relocation contract does), but lately the utilities and maintenance have skyrocketed all while still working to pay off student loans and other various expenses. 

I contacted a title company but they want both trustees because the language in the trust does not indicate that dual signatures are required or not required, it does say we can buy or sell real estate.

This goes for gas furnaces (with forced air heating ducts) and gas water heaters too. 

My family and I are relocating to SA in the coming months (Air Force) and plan on buying a personal residence with the intent of turning it into a rental in the future.Thanks in advance and Happy New Year!

My last agent-involved deal the seller had a RE agent who ended up the dual agent and he was pretty good.
