I have had it an unusually long time due to anything that could go wrong did...bad weather, bad GC and back and forth getting the engineer plans through since it is a FEMA zone home.

The bathroom has been updated with new flooring, and the home offers plenty of space with 4 bedrooms, making it a solid investment with future growth potential whether it's with cash or sec 8 paying tenants.

While this term might sound like a positive development, it is essentially a rebranding of the traditional "Price Reduction."

If you don't have a calculator/tool to do this there are a few out there to recommend.

I really like the Nokomis area a lot - if you're looking at holding onto this one as a rental for a while, I'm sure you'll see some nice appreciation in the coming years too.Just curious, but did you do the full renovation after closing on it, or did it come pretty much turnkey for you? 

Do I have to request this maltreatment of the property to quit first before noticing to evict?
