I try to help or at least be civil to everyone, you never know, but I do know most aren't cut out to make it in RE, usually it's an attitude issue, but I know some can't add 6 numbers with 6 digits and multiply the result by 12.

With the single digit temps we were experiencing, the hole in the brick let the pipes freeze in an occupied and heated 70* unit.

Great idea - we do higher end hardware, faucets and ceiling fans with remote controls for our shared housing rentals.

If the parts can't be purchased at a local hardware store, spend $600 to replace the water heater.I have no idea what the law is, but as far as I'm concerned, if one of my tenants didn't have hot water for nearly a week, I would expect them to be pretty upset, and I certainly wouldn't charge them rent for the time they were without hot water.

I'm one of those crazy people that think peoples character and integrity come down to more than a 3 digit number, and trust my instincts.

I am able to connect with them very easily through digital means.

Based on the terms of the project that Investor will then receive additional interest bonus to earn double digits receiving the principal back at the end of year 5 or before if she chooses to end the investment.  

They might have broken windows, holes in the floor, wall and/or ceilings, electrical outlets (or even entire rooms) that don't work, "slow" plumbing, doors with broken hinges or hardware, stoves with only one or two working elements, or any other problems you can imagine.  

Most hardware stores and big box stores carry them.

I can certainly see them hitting high single digits at some point in the not-too-distant future.
