Just alittle info on WC NC mandates all business to buy workmanscomp ins if you work as a sub in Nc you also will need Wc if not then he gets charged with it at audit time and they do audit when your policy is up for renewal . 19 percent is not bad cause if you go threw a temp service he will have to go threw an application process then have to pay 35 to 45 percent and the bank is running all the money threw his company so he will be responsible to pay taxes on all money he can't write offI think it's nice of him to allow you to work on your own property also cause his liability ins is also responsible for the workman ship if you were to make a major mistake which cause a claim he would be charged with it I'm a contractor is Sc are rules aren't that strict I hope this will shed some light on his position

Get some of that "frosted" look window treatment from the local home improvement place - not a heavy pattern, but enough to to allow the light to still come in, but blur or remove the view of that gas station.
