is it your opinion that a murphy bed will be more comfortable + better received than the sleeper sofa i currently have, used in the same way?

That’s why we have researched so many for the past 6 months as well as been on the phone for hours and hours with current tech support. 

I currently have 5 properties, 4 SFHs solely owned and 1 apartment building (11 units), co-owned. 

Lessons learned is to ALWAYS have capital liquid for fixes and damages in the property and to always background check your tenant as a bank looks through your payment histories to give your the loan same with the tenants our current tenant has not missed a payment in 2.5 years, w/ a stable job and kids.

Current hot water heater is 21 years old in a 2 bed/1bath SFH that is being flipped into a Mid-term rental unit.

Aloha,While I am sure in many rural areas it would not be an issue, generally the USPS only delivers mail to addresses from the property tax records.To split utilities, it largely depends on how they are currently configured.
