Haha, it was painful but, looking back now, I thank him.Fast forward to a few months ago when I read "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" and realized that I was caught in the ratrace and don't want to stay there.

From experience, there's no better education than starting with a SFU with the potential of maybe having 2 units but this is not a get rich quick strategy.
