I truly believe this and I thought I could do far better conversion than anything else out there with my own content.I basically chose carrot because of their behind the scenes awesomeness, site speed, conversion, Jake if you read this, I love you dude, my smexzie bearded man you.. bro-love of course.

I am not sure that the current owner will allow me to converse with the current tenants (I am not sure why this would be a problem, but apparently it is for some). 

@Vince Lucas definitely better at networking and talking with people face to face than anything else but I'm looking for some creative ways to bring in more leads to that I can spend as much time possible having those face to face conversations with Home owners

I'd reach out to agents in the "Network" tab and simply have a conversation about your goals after you define them and ask them how to reach that.

Conversely, we (as a TK) go out and buy in volume.
