I would suspect the amount of the policy and the premiums would vary depending on ages. 

I would like to continue to develop that relationship and remember him mentioning to let him know about any deals I find.

Now the space is being readied for rent, and they would like to continue using the space.

The latter are harder figures to come up with because it can vary so widely, and asset class is definitely a big factor, but not the sole factor.

I assume this information will vary state by state, but any guidance is greatly appreciated.
