I appreciated them for their services as they were so skilled in finding out the problem and fixing it for us the next day.

What other resources do you have to offer (education, deal finding, networking skills, etc).

Currently 12-13 weeks into my first rehab and need a quality carpenter and other skilled laborers to close the deal out!

It is 100% a brain exercise and skill I plan on developing.

This will allow you to retain more money for reserves while learning the skills of being a landlord.

Real estate is not a widget and wholesaling requires detailed knowledge (to be good at it), strong relationship skills, and analytics to make sure when you get your first deal, you don't shoot yourself in the foot by evaluating the entire property wrong.

I have been managing my mom's properties since my early days of college, and now as a graduate I was looking to transfer that skill into a business that would help me save and create cash flow to purchase my own rental properties.Recently I was doing some research and based on my understanding it is required for property managers to be licensed brokers in NC.

@Lionel Butler Wholesaling can definitely be a good way to fund your real estate portfolio but... if you have a certain skill or job that people will pay you to perform, that may be the quicker route to starting your portfolio.
