It has electric but no plumbing and it is attached to 116 at the roof line and the electric is also joined to 116. 114 is also bundled into the lease for 116.116   is a approximate 1100 Square foot Double wide trailer that is permanently mounted onto a concrete block foundation. 116 has a concrete driveway that is also a boat ramp that goes into the canal that leads to Sound. 116 has had many renovations done.

Now if they use a toggle bolt that''s impossible to remove without enlarging the hole to 1/2" then yes, I would charge those as damages.Exterior concrete walls I do not allow installation of anything without prior written approval.
