Oaklyn and Audobon are great towns...but I don't know that they'll ever be able to compare to Haddonfield, Haddon Township, and Collingswood without some major structural changes to the layout of the town.

Having said that, In pursuit of experience and growth, would it be wise to forego the traditional Single-Family Flip or Buy & Hold rental and instead go straight for the Duplex, Tri-plex, Quad, etc?
